Users can transport or delete user’s data

When the user requests HABBA to delete a user’s account for the Service, the user’s data will be permanently expunged from HABBA’s primary production servers and further access to the user’s account will not be possible. HABBA will also promptly disconnect any connection HABBA had established to the user’s Account Information and delete all account credentials. However, portions of the user’s data, consisting of aggregated data derived from the user’s Account Information, may remain on HABBA’s production servers indefinitely. User’s data may also remain on a backup server or media. HABBA keeps these backups to ensure HABBA’s continued ability to provide the Service to users in the event of a malfunction or damage to HABBA’s primary production servers. Email communications from HABBA

HABBA provides registered users with periodic summaries of their transactions. HABBA also allows users to subscribe to email newsletters and, from time to time, may send users emails promoting HABBA.
