Do I have to sign up for an account to buy something?

Yes, you will have to register to purchase a product, it can be done easily by clicking on the user icon on the top left section of the navigation bar and then clicking on the login button which will take you to the login / register page.

How do I track my order?

As soon as the package is dispatched from our warehouse, you will get an email from our shipping partner along with the package tracking code. You can call our customer care number and we will provide information on the same.

Are there any shipping charges?

Yes, shipping charges starting from ₹50 is applicable on all our products.

Can I change shipping address after placing my order?

Sorry. We do not have the provision to change the shipping address once the order is dispatched, but do feel free to contact us on our customer service number and we will assist you.

What is the return policy?

Habba offers a 365 days no questions asked return policy that is applicable for all the products on the site, provided that the product is unused and has original packaging box, price tag and invoice

How do I get an order replaced?

At Habba, we try to deliver perfectly each and every time. But in the off chance that you need to return the item, please do so with the original packaging box, price tag and invoice without which it would be really difficult for us to act on your request. In case you are replacing an order, you can place a new order based on the product availability. We do not have an exchange policy for any of the products.
