Khadi the fabric is soft, light, versatile and perfect to beat the heat and also keep your warm in winters. The making of khadi is eco-friendly since it does not rely on electric units and the manufacturing processes do not generate any toxic waste products. This Khadi shirt is durable, strong and simple with half sleeves.The shirt has a basic collar and is blue in color with black stripes.

Care

Cold machine wash separately in dissolved detergent. Do not bleach. Do not soak. Line dry on reverse. Do not tumble dry. Warm iron on reverse if required. Do not dry-clean.

Gandhigram Trust was established in the year 1947 by Dr T S Soundaram with an objective to improve the socio-economic development of rural women and employment generation. It focuses on the holistic approach to the rural development; such as educational, welfare, livelihood generation, health, etc. In an attempt to increase livelihood opportunities, Khadi and Village Industries Trust was established in the year 1977. This Trust focuses on making mainly two kinds of products-environment and skin friendly khadi products such as shirts, sarees, dhotis, etc. and agro-based products like honey, oils, pulses, herbal powder, etc. Since then the trust is providing employment opportunities to many in rural areas.
